We at 7NXT Health Group (Gymondo, 7Mind, Buddyfit, Preneo) are searching for a forward-thinking, hands-on Group Chief Marketing Officer (m/f/d) to lead a step-change in marketing performing across all brands. You will play a critical role on the leadership team and report directly to the Group CEO. You will be responsible for unifying strategy, driving ROI, embedding AI capabilities, and modernizing the marketing organization to regain momentum - particularly in the B2C segment.

Your Mission

  • Lead a group-wide marketing strategy across B2C segments, ensuring consistency, differentiation, and growth.
  • Drive brand clarity and architecture, eliminating overlaps and reinforcing unique value propositions across markets.
  • Overhaul marketing operations to break down silos, streamline tools and processes, and establish centralized excellence.
  • Establish a performance culture, with robust KPIs, media efficiency, and marketing ROI tracking across all channels.
  • Own and optimize the group's media strategy, including digital, content, CRM, and offline activation.
  • Deliver a future-ready AI marketing strategy, with immediate applications in campaign automation, personalization, and analytics.
  • Rebuild influencer and social strategy, aligning with performance goals, customer trust, and brand narrative.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and hands-on operator able to pivot quickly in a dynamic market environment.

Your Story

  • 10+ years of relevant experience in marketing, as well as some of which in a leadership role with P&L responsibility
  • Proven experience in scaling digital business models, ideally with a D2C focus (subscription, app, platform)
  • Deep understanding of modern, performance-oriented marketing setups (search, social, CRM, retention, attribution, funnel, CPO, ROI, LTV, etc.)
  • Experience in organizational design, complex M&A transformation processes, working in matrix structures and with international teams
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, hands-on approach, and analytical judgment
  • Understanding how modern marketing works today—from TikTok to UGC to retention mechanisms
  • Excellent in German and English
  • Optional: Experience in private equity environments, buy-and-build structures, or post-merger integration is a strong plus
