Our Finance Team is the central hub of the 7NXT Health Group — this is where the numbers of all our brands come together, forecasts are built and management decisions are prepared. As a Working Student (m/f/d) Finance & Controlling, you'll support the Controllers directly and gain real insight into the financial management of a growing digital health company — close to real projects and meaningful output.
We're looking for someone to join us for 20 hours per week and grow with us long-term — ideally for at least 12 months.

- Support in creating reports for internal and external stakeholders — structured, clear and to the point
- Contribute to the maintenance and development of financial models and forecasts
- Analyse finance KPIs based on P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
- Prepare presentations and analyses (PowerPoint / Google Slides, Excel / Google Sheets)
- Support ad-hoc analyses and decision-making templates for management
- Help develop and improve existing reporting structures and processes
Your Story
What you bring:
- Ongoing full-time studies in Business Administration, Economics or a comparable field — enrolled at a state-recognised university
- First solid understanding of finance KPIs and familiarity with P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow
- First experience or strong interest in financial modelling
- Confident use of MS Office / Google Suite — especially Excel/Sheets and PowerPoint/Slides
- Strong analytical skills and a feel for numbers
- Structured, independent working style and high attention to detail
- Excellent German and English language skills (min. C1)
- Knowledge of subscription business models is a plus
