- You support our customers and provide fast, effective solutions
- You handle incoming inquiries and escalate complex cases to the senior team in a targeted way
- You carefully document customer interactions in our CRM and ticketing systems

- You are officially enrolled as a full-time student at a state-recognised university
- You are based in Berlin
- Excellent written communication skills in German (written and spoken)
- Good English language skills
- Empathy, patience, and a strong service mindset
- First experience in customer-facing roles is a plus (e.g. retail, hospitality, internship)
- Confident with digital tools and quick to pick things up
Nice-to-haves:
- Interest in fit-tech trends and digital health products
- First experience with CRM or ticketing systems (e.g. Zendesk, Jira)
- Passion for motivating and inspiring people
